What is manual cleansing?
Manual cleansing is performed to remove accumulated sebum and dead skin cells, which can form blackheads when closing the sebaceous gland outlet. As a result, the skin is not supplied with enough oxygen, which leads to even further debris accumulation. Manual cleansing is advised for patients with oily, seborrheic or unclean skin in order to unblock the pores and make skin more bright and relaxed. The procedure can be done at any age as long as there are indications for it.
During face cleansing, open and closed blackheads as well as milia are removed manually. This also includes make-up removal, toning, appropriate peel (if there are no contraindications, we recommend combining manual cleansing with pH Formula exfoliation, your cosmetologist will choose the right mix of acids). If there are indications, your skin will be treated with hot steam. The next step is manual removal of blackheads, skin disinfection, appropriate mask and serum application.
