Mandelic peel Mesoestetic
It is a cosmetics treatment with mandelic acid, which is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) derived from hydrolysis of a bitter almond extract. It displays strong revitalizing as well as bactericidal and discoloring properties, and its chemical structure is similar to that of a broad-spectrum antibiotic.
What is it like?
Mandelic peel Mesoestetic is a medical exfoliating product. When put on the skin, it does not cause irritation, so it can be used for all skin types, regardless of the season of the year. It does not photosensitize skin.
How does the procedure go?
During the procedure, one or more layers of Mandelic peel Mesoestetic are applied on a prepared skin depending on the skin’s condition and problem. The peel is kept on the skin for a few minutes to a quarter of an hour on average, which also depends on individual characteristics.
You may experience mild pins and needles, burning or tight skin sensation.

What care does my skin need afterwards?
Immediately after the procedure, you may experience some redness, which usually resolves within a few hours. A couple of days later, your skin will start to peel off naturally, you should wait through this process and do not try to enhance it by using exfoliators, and also you should use sunscreen (min. 30 SPF) and skin care according to your cosmetologist’s recommendations.
