diVa™ Laser Vaginal Therapy
What is diVa™ laser?
diVa™ laser is the most innovative and efficient laser for treating women’s intimate problems. It uses the state-of-the-art Fractional Hybrid Laser technology developed for the needs of HaloTM laser (the only Hybrid Fractional Laser). This technology uses at the same time two laser beams with various wavelengths. Thanks to the first one, deep tissue regeneration takes place; as an effect, tissues are being replaced with higher quality ones. The second laser beam is heating the vaginal mucous membrane and collagen contained in its tissues. Due to high temperature, collagen fibers shrink and new fibers appear. Thanks to this revolutionary technology, which allows to tailor the treatment to patient’s individual needs, the time of both the treatment and convalescence is very short, and the effect – very good.
For whom is this treatment?
diVa™ laser treatment is for women after labor, menopausal women and for those suffering Stress Urinary Incontinence. diVa™ is also the rescue for all the women suffering such problems as painful sex, scars, vaginal dryness, vaginal thinning or frequent vaginal infections. This is the top cutting edge and non invasive solution; thanks to it, the look and sexual functions of genitalia can be improved in a very short time.
How much time does the treatment take?
The treatment takes 3 to 5 minutes only. It consists of regeneration and rejuvenation of the vaginal canal within its whole length.
How many treatments are needed to have the desired effect?
Perfect effects can be reached as early as after one treatment, yet the number of recommended treatments varies, depending on individual patients’ needs. There are usually 1 to 3 treatments provided in 4-weeks intervals, and later on, one treatment every 6 – 12 months.
What do patients experience during the treatment?
When treated with diVa™ laser, patients experience delicate pressure in the vagina. The treatment is fast, with discomfort on the minimum level. Certain patients feel hypersensitivity within the area of the vaginal orifice.
What do patients experience during the next 48 hours after the treatment?
Patients can come back to their routine directly after the treatment. Minimum vaginal discharge, little spotting or discomfort can appear. Sexual intercourse for 48 hours should be avoided.
Is there any anesthesia needed?
No, diVa™ is a very fast, simple and comprehensive outpatient treatment. Local anesthesia is not necessary, but it can be applied to increase the patient’s comfort.
